There are many reasons for stream lagging(using OBS). But the most common two are:

1️⃣The first reason is that the device can't handle a heavy application, like a game, while you are streaming with OBS.And the streaming would be affected because it also requires extra performance too.

2️⃣The second cause is probably the network latency.Network latency usually happens when you're live streaming using OBS.

1. 1. Repair or replace your hardware if they are loose or damaged.
