I Have Two Unallocated Spaces but I Cannot Extend Them to the System Partition, Help

Two unallocated spaces are visible, but I am unable to select the option to extend the volume because it is grayed off. What can I do to expand them to the system partition?

If you have unallocated space on your hard drive, you'd better use it to extend the existing partitions. However, you may find the "Extend Volume" option greyed out, and youcannot extend the volumeeven when there are two unallocated spaces. Disk Management only allows you to increase the system partition's size from the unallocated space behind it.

Relax. You can retort to the third-party partitioning software -ob欧宝app ,使你扩展你的系统部分ition with non-adjacent unallocated space or without unallocated space. Solution 1. Using "Resize/Move" of EaseUS Partition Master

To extend the system partition without adjacent unallocated space, you can try the "Resize/Move" feature of EaseUS Partition Master as follows:

Step 1.Right-click on the system partition and select "Resize/Move."

Step 2.Drag the end of the partition and move it into the unallocated space to increase the size. Click "OK".

Step 3.Choose "Execute Task" and click"Apply" to extend the partition from the unallocated space.

Solution 2. Using "Allocate Space" of EaseUS Partition Master

It's ok even if you have no unallocated space on your hard drive because the "Allocate Space" tool can cover you perfectly:

Step 1.Right-click on the partition with enough free space and choose "Allocate Space."

Step 2.Select the system partition you plan to extend and drag the partition end to add the free space from another section. Then click "OK" to apply.

Step 3.Click "Execute Task" > "Apply" to boost the process of allocating.
