Can I Transfer Just Windows to a New SSD From My Old HDD? Tell Me How

I have recently purchased a new SSD for my system and want to transfer Windows 7 from my old hard drive to it. However, I only want to transfer Windows to my new drive without other programs, as there is not enough space on the SSD. Is there a program I can use to select only certain things to transfer? Any help is much appreciated.
