Does Windows 8.1 Have a Backup Utility?

My Lenovo laptop is running Windows 8.1. Recently, the screen will suddenly go black from time to time and then recover immediately. I guess it's because of the old system. So need to backup my laptop just in case. I don't know if my computer has a built in tool for this. Do you have any ideas? How do you back up data on Windows 8.1 PCs?
